certpass partner offer: terms

These terms apply to the certpass partner offer that runs from 19 October 2026 to 20 November 2026. The offer is made by Certpass Pty Ltd (ACN 697 524 342), trading as certpass.

1. Who can take part

The offer is open to registered training organisations that are currently registered on training.gov.au and operate in Australia.

One partner spot per RTO, based on RTO code.

It is for RTOs that have not bought certificates on certpass before.

2. How many spots, and when it closes

Partner spots are offered to the first five RTOs approved.

We may offer additional partner spots at our discretion. Any additional spots come with the same benefits and are allocated in the same order.

The offer closes at 11:59pm AEST (Brisbane time) on 20 November 2026, or earlier once the available spots are taken.

3. How a spot is claimed

Submitting your details holds a spot for 7 days.

A spot is confirmed when your RTO registers on certpass and is approved through our standard verification against training.gov.au.

Spots are confirmed in the order RTOs are approved. If a held spot is not confirmed within 7 days, it may be released to the next RTO.

If the available spots are taken before your RTO is approved, we'll tell you, and let you know if we're able to offer an additional spot.

4. What partners receive

500 free certificates, added to your account when your RTO is approved. These are in addition to the standard 5 free certificates each month.

Pricing locked at $2.00 per certificate (ex GST) for 24 months from the date your RTO is approved.

Your RTO's own branding on your trainees' wallet passes from the day you're approved, including on certificates issued from the free 500.

An optional setup call with the founders.

5. About the free certificates

Free certificates do not expire.

They have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another RTO, and are not refundable if you leave.

6. Feedback

We may ask for your feedback and, if you're happy to, a short case study. This is optional and is not a condition of the offer.

7. Changes to the offer

We may change or end the offer for RTOs that have not yet been approved. This does not affect partners already approved.

8. Everything else

Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added where it applies.
